纳芯微发布ASIL D隔离驱动芯片
36氪获悉，近日，纳芯微发布首款通过ASIL D认证的隔离栅极驱动芯片NSI6911F。该产品可提供最高19A峰值驱动能力，并实现150kV/μs共模瞬态抗扰度，适配800V及以上高压平台应用，同时集成超过30项安全机制，满足ASIL D等级对故障诊断覆盖率的要求。
